He holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in International Business Law, with academic concentration in complex financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, venture capital agreements, and project finance. Hugo chose to establish his career in Wisconsin, a place long connected to his family and formative experiences. Outside the office, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking, and pursuing creative interests including videography, guitar, and drawing.
