Hugo Baptista joined the Custer Burish Financial Services team in 2024, bringing with him a unique blend of legal and financial expertise. He holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in International Business Law, earned in Europe, where he was born and raised by his American mother and Portuguese father.
After completing his Master’s, Hugo aspired to launch his finance career in Wisconsin, where his family is from and where he spent much time over the years. A lover of sports, exploring the outdoors, and cooking and eating great food, he is overjoyed to now call Madison home. Hugo also takes every opportunity to express his creative side, most often through videography, playing guitar, or sketching.
