Kaitlyn Senn

Kaitlyn Senn is the Director of Operations and Associate Financial Advisor at Custer Burish Financial Services, where she helps lead the firm’s day-to-day operations and client service experience with care, precision, and consistency. She plays an important role in ensuring the firm’s internal processes run smoothly so that clients receive the high level of service, responsiveness, and attention they deserve. Her work reflects the firm’s commitment to empathy, integrity, innovation, and excellence.

Kaitlyn joined Custer Burish Financial Services in 2015 as executive assistant to founding partner Betty Custer and has since grown into a key leadership role within the firm. Over the years, she has developed deep operational expertise and a strong understanding of the client experience, making her an integral part of the team and the firm’s long-term legacy. In 2026, she expanded her role to include Associate Financial Advisor as she continues her transition into financial advising.

She holds her Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as her Notary Public certification. Kaitlyn combines strong organizational leadership with a client-centered mindset, helping support both the strategic direction of the firm and the everyday needs of the individuals and families it serves.

A Wisconsin native, Kaitlyn grew up in Waunakee and earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on management. She is known for her steady leadership, thoughtful approach, and dedication to helping create an organized, welcoming, and supportive environment for clients and colleagues alike.

Outside the office, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and their three children, Bella, Cayde, and Noah. Whether she is gardening, knitting handmade gifts, or getting competitive during a family Mario Party night, she brings the same warmth, energy, and enthusiasm to her personal life that she brings to her work.
