Sue Foldy serves in a client hospitality role at Custer Burish Financial Services, where she helps create a welcoming, calm, and supportive experience for everyone who enters the firm. As a first point of contact within the office, she brings warmth, attentiveness, and a genuine care for others that reflects the firm’s commitment to empathy, integrity, and excellence.
Sue’s natural hospitality and steady presence help set the tone for the client experience. She is known for making people feel comfortable and valued, and for supporting an environment that is both professional and inviting. Her approach is grounded in service, connection, and thoughtful attention to the needs of others.
She earned her Associate’s in Science in 2002 and her Associate’s in Arts in 2008, both from Madison College. Beyond her work at the firm, Sue has demonstrated a deep commitment to community service through her leadership as President of Personal Essentials Pantry – Stoughton since 2019, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping community members in need access essential personal and household hygiene items with dignity.
Sue is also a proud mother of three, and all three of her children earned scouting’s highest honors: the Eagle Scout Award and the Girl Scout Gold Award. Outside of work and service, she enjoys rockhounding and is learning the art of lapidary, including gem and mineral cutting and polishing.
